Return or Exchange Policy

At Muscleix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements, nutrition products, and consumables once opened cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if damaged or wrong item)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not send products back without approval, as they may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly delivered

If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Muscleix is not responsible for lost return shipments.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
